What to know about terminals, pickup points, late arrivals and returning a rental car before your flight.
Confirm the terminal and meeting point
Dubai International is large, so confirm the terminal number and whether the rental desk is inside the airport, a meet-and-greet service, or a short shuttle away. Providing your flight number helps with delayed arrivals.
Late-night collection
Check branch opening hours and after-hours service fees. A confirmed booking does not automatically mean an employee is available all night unless that service is explicitly included.
Allow time for return
Leave enough time for refuelling if the contract uses a full-to-full policy, photographing the car, returning keys and reaching your departure terminal.
